Quotes and payment
Quotes are based on the scope agreed at the time and are valid for the period stated. Payment terms, including any deposit and schedule, are set out in your project agreement. These details are placeholders here and are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the final deliverables we create for you, including your website, brand assets, and the advertising and analytics accounts, which we set up in your name wherever possible. We may retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, and know-how, and may showcase completed work in our portfolio with your permission.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and any content, access, or approvals we need in good time.
- Ensure you have the rights to any materials you give us to use.
- Review and respond to work within agreed timeframes so projects stay on schedule.
Third-party services
Some services rely on third-party platforms, such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, and email tools. Their performance, policies, and pricing are outside our control, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Results and disclaimers
We bring genuine skill and effort to every engagement, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, traffic, or sales, as these depend on factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee that this website will be error-free or always available. The site and its content are provided "as is".
Limitation of liability
